Teaching is the most underrated learning strategy.
Richard Feynman built his reputation not just on brilliance but on his ability to explain anything clearly. His method: pick a concept, explain it in plain language, find the gaps, simplify further. The act of translating knowledge into words forces you to organise it, test it, and fill in what's missing. You don't explain because you understand; you understand because you explain.
"If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough." — Richard Feynman
Confusing fluent explanation with deep understanding. You can learn to explain something smoothly without truly understanding it — rehearsed explanations become performances. The value is in the struggle of forming the explanation, not in delivering a polished one.
